I don't know much about fashion, but I think this was misclassified as "Gothic" in a recent news article ([link]).
The dress and attitude differentiate themselves as more modern (or post-modern), although it could still have the dark or macabre tone of what's now called "Gothic" fashion. I don't know; it's an interesting combination regardless of whether I'm right.
